Current work practices and technologies put much pressure on project professionals; leaving less time to reflect and strategize through the daily communications flow. V2PM’s proposed guidance is to act as :
Coach-partner supporting your team members and leaders, through a subscription model, with fast responses to daily challenges and slow, well thought-out strategies for longer range products, such a program / project planning deliverables in facility capital or security management assignments. This will be delivered to teams and individuals, via digital communications as well as with on site interactive training workshops.

METHODOLOGY — AN INTEGRATED APPROACH
“Having practised in the Architectural / Engineering / Construction / Facility / Security (AECFS) industry for 40 years, 30 of which as an independent consultant, provided me with a thorough understanding of the scope and risk profiles of a great number of associated disciplines.
Having worked in different capacities within the AECFS industry, I realized that in this age of hyper specialization, the role of the multidisciplinary generalist has emerged as necessary to weave a coherent whole by interconnecting and integrating project / programs layers.
Utilizing the mindset and skillset of an experienced formerly Ontario licensed architect (License from 1990- to Q1-2024) , certified in project and security management, combined with an in-depth knowledge of capital program / project risk management from the portfolio level down to the individual assignment, led my team and I in the development of an actionable and transferable methodology along with a practical toolset. The test of time proved the resulting framework an invaluable guide when mining existing processes and mapping new ones, resulting in consistent improvements and operational effectiveness.”
