PromEasy ® stands for “Program Management Made Easy” and is a methodology that we developed to ensure a tracking mechanism that would enable a rigorous auditing trail.

The premise I simple. It relies on a carefully structured planning model and its corollary, a structured execution, and delivery. Any deviation is captured and if it causes a noncompliant outcome then it becomes a lesson learned and any improvement will be derived from what the identified root cause was. There is no room for cutting corners.
